Job Summary:

Performs a variety of complex business strategy analyses to produce recommendations for addressing strategic opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Participates in multiple business strategy projects as a key content contributor to the teams; projects may be within a business unit, across multiple business units, or involve the creation of a new business venture, such as a joint venture, equity alliance, acquisition, etc. Heavily involved in quantitative and qualitative analyses of industry trends, technology, market sizing, etc. to drive strategic decision making by upper management. Applies strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and develop solutions; synthesizes environmental data, stakeholder analysis, and market force data as a part of the financial and business analysis necessary to develop insights and solutions to support strategic business decisions. Works closely with the Business Segment experts and managers and their staffs as well as key internal and external constituencies. Communicates complex strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and oral communication. Conducts interviews with external parties and company managers, engineers, sales and other functions and synthesizes insights.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree required. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) degree preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification/Skillset:

Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college

background in Supply Chain will be a big plus

Flair for analytics and business intelligence

Experience:

6-8 years of experience in planning, executing strategy projects; program management;

Program/Project Management

Manage projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project and ensure the end to end delivery.

Create detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Project plan, communication plan.

Set and track project milestones; Risk & issue tracking and mitigation/management.

Stakeholder management; vendor management
