Talent Partner (Marketing Specialism) – FTC

?? 12-16 week FTC

? Min 32 hours per week, Mon – Fri. (Sadly we are not able to consider a 4 day week for this role)

? London Hybrid – 2 days per week in our London HQ – E1 in the first month, 1 day per week thereafter, the rest remote/wfh/office as you choose.

? Start date – ASAP – 3rd feb at the latest

  • We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution ?
  • Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! ?

The Opportunity:

  • Manage the full hiring process for various roles across the business, primarily Marketing roles, from scoping to sourcing to scheduling to hiring
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
  • Create an unforgettable candidate experience and guide hiring managers through the process
  • Act as a true business partner, providing insights and guidance on recruitment strategies

What we need from you:

  • Solid experience as an internal recruiter/TA sourcing and hiring marketing professionals at all levels
  • Experience working with ATS’ (Workable and/or Ashby is a bonus)
  • A network of marketing professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (ideally SMT/SLT level)
