Job Description
? London Hybrid – 2 days per week in our London HQ – E1 in the first month, 1 day per week thereafter, the rest remote/wfh/office as you choose.
? Start date – ASAP – 3rd feb at the latest

- Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! ?
The Opportunity:
- Manage the full hiring process for various roles across the business, primarily Marketing roles, from scoping to sourcing to scheduling to hiring
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
- Create an unforgettable candidate experience and guide hiring managers through the process
- Act as a true business partner, providing insights and guidance on recruitment strategies
What we need from you:
- Solid experience as an internal recruiter/TA sourcing and hiring marketing professionals at all levels
- Experience working with ATS’ (Workable and/or Ashby is a bonus)
- A network of marketing professionals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (ideally SMT/SLT level)
