The Opportunity

The Technical Specialist – Sponsorship Communication and Documentation will work closely with the Manager of Sponsorship Operations to ensure the quality, authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness of sponsorship communication materials and documentation, including capturing learning, impact, success, and dissemination. This position gathers and updates sponsorship program information to develop creative and high-quality communication materials for sharing within and outside the Country Office. The position holder will also be responsible for producing quality and authentic sponsorship communication materials as per global guidelines, focusing on delivering a meaningful and robust experience of sponsorship-funded program impact.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Capture impactful photographs and videos, adhere to the global Sponsorship program’s standards, and ensure all multimedia materials are professionally edited using advanced editing software.
  • Develop high-quality case studies, success stories, and photo stories in Bangla and English that capture program impact and outcomes.
  • Conduct qualitative data collection to develop accurate, compelling narratives that amplify program achievements.
  • Design and produce creative materials, including leaflets, banners, posters, and brochures for program presentations, ensuring they align with the Global Sponsorship program and Save the Children’s branding and communication standards.
  • Train and coordinate field staff on effective methods for capturing program data, photos, and videos to improve the quality of communication materials.
  • systematically archive and manage communication assets, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility according to the Global Sponsorship guideline.
  • Oversee the digitization and quality of child communication materials and sponsor correspondences, maintaining global standards.
  • Serve as the point person for the roll-out of new policies and guidelines regarding Sponsorship programs’ child data and communications and monitor compliance and adherence to all related policies and procedures

Essential

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least five years of experience in communication, documentation, or related fields.
  • Proven ability in Creative Writing in Bangla and English.
  • Track record of storytelling, visualization & prototyping of ideas successfully & efficiently
  • Advanced skills in photography and videography with a strong understanding of global sponsorship standards.
  • Proficiency in using designing, photo, and video editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse groups, including children, adolescents, and marginalized communities.
  • A Master’s degree in Communication and Journalism, Drama & Dramatics, Anthropology, or a relevant discipline.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with data management systems and archiving best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with creativity and precision.
  • Flexible and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
