Job Summary
- This role is responsible for owning moderately complex operational processes, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role implements quality control measures, generates comprehensive reports, and provides recommendations for enhancements. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, evaluates technology solutions, and participates in training programs to develop expertise in relevant areas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather channel data from HP partners, use established processes/procedures to do day-to-day operation
- Responsible for performing data validation based on business and stakeholder’s requirements
- Responsible for hosting calls with operational team and business stakeholders
- Acts as a proactive team member and may act as a project leader on small projects.
- Produces moderately complex process deliverables, analysis and reports provides input to recommendations.
- Implements process refinement and improvement by applying a developing understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Evaluates a variety of moderately complex business issues by applying basic subject matter expertise
Education And Experience Required
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 5-7 years of experience in Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.
Knowledge And Skills
- Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English
- Developed knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, word, powerpoint
- Should have Basic knowledge Power BI, Advance Excel, and Basic automation knowledge
- MS Dynamics knowledge is an added advantage
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Ability to work as proactive member of a team, as well as independently.
- Developing understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
