Role Summary

Provide comprehensive support to the Director, managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the Director’s calendar, including appointments and meetings.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage confidential information.
  • Task Coordination: Assist in project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with various stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing according to urgency and importance.
