Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate Trainee in Visakhapatnam to join our team. This role offers exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, providing an excellent foundation for a rewarding career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities by ensuring accurate documentation and seamless integration for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior HR professionals to improve processes and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
