Brief Description:
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
* Employee Development: Support training and development initiatives to help employees enhance their skills and achieve their career goals.
* Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees, while addressing any payroll-related inquiries.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the workplace, ensuring compliance with all regulations and promoting employee well-being.
Key Skills and Competencies: –
* Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of staff and management.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy and diligence in handling sensitive HR information, including payroll and employee records.
