Position: Occupational Health Nurse Location: Charlotte, NC 28269 Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Shift and Schedule: 8-hour shifts Day shifts Monday to Friday Medical Specialty: Occupational Medicine Qualifications Licenses: RN License (Required) Skills: Workers’ Compensation (Required) Occupational Health (Required) Nursing (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Case Management OSHA compliance knowledge Understanding of Workers’ Compensation law Strong communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse Job Responsibilities Provide occupational health services to employees, ensuring compliance with OSHA and Workers’ Compensation regulations. Manage workers’ compensation cases and assist employees in navigating related processes. Promote health and safety initiatives within the workplace. Maintain detailed health records and reports using case management software. Collaborate with management to address workplace injuries and health concerns.
