ESG Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Analyst to join our client team. This fully remote role will involve evaluating, managing, and reporting on our ESG performance to align with corporate sustainability goals and meet stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret ESG-related data from internal and external sources.
• Develop comprehensive ESG reports and disclosures for stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives and ESG frameworks.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant ESG standards (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP).
• Identify and mitigate risks related to environmental, social, and governance factors.
• Research industry benchmarks to enhance ESG strategies and practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve ESG performance and achieve corporate goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on ESG metrics, strategies, and progress.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting tools (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to analyze ESG data and its impact on financial and operational performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with ESG software and familiarity with sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
