The Program Leader, OE Training & Planning Analytics, is responsible for conducting detailed analysis of large volumes of data to develop actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, improvement in pilot training planning, support of other groups, and cost savings. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake process of data and analytics requests, coordinating projects across multiple teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of analytics initiatives. Expertise in data analysis, project management, and effective communication will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency within our organization.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Analytical Skillls include
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to organize and structure work on monthly/quarterly/annual reports
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines, exhibit initiative, and innovation
  • Project Management including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Technical skills include:
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
  • SQL, SAS, or other database interface tools and languages
  • Technical skills that would be Helpful:
  • Advanced analytical applications (e.g., simulation, optimization, statistical analysis, optimization, linear regression, machine learning)
  • Visual Basic / Python or other basic functional programming tools
  • Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Other Skills:
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required
  • Outside of the box thinking
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
