Summary
Reporting to the CRM Director, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing placements across our email, mobile push, and web channels. Your primary focus will be executing new and existing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to maximize customer engagement and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
- Develop and manage mobile push notification campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant messaging to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, mobile push, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, mobile push, or social media execution.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable) and other marketing publishing or content tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging marketing content.
- Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability, list management, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
