What You’ll Be Doing:?
- Provide support in administering benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compensation programs to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Maintain and update role responsibility matrices in tools and the SharePoint document library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including HRIS administration, to support seamless transitions and employee data management.
- Contribute to morale, engagement, recognition, and wellness activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and activities, playing a role in creating an equitable environment.
- Assist with implementing legal or policy updates, ensuring compliance and keeping processes up-to-date.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 year experience working in HR in an office environment at an entry-level or intern level.
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of employee benefits, compensation practices, and leave administration.
- Knowledge of HRIS and/or Benefit software (Paylocity, Namely, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of local, state-specific, and federal employment law (including FMLA, FLSA, COBRA, EEO, ADA, etc.)
This position will require significant presence in the San Diego Head Quarters.?

Hiring Range
$45,000—$55,000 USD
