Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families, as well as other stakeholders within the correctional facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from patients, their families, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, policies, and procedures
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families in a prompt and effective manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with patients and other stakeholders
- Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience through feedback and suggestions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
