Job Description
The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in implementing the company’s pricing, contracts, and related strategies for Nalu’s medical device products. This position requires an understanding of market dynamics, administrative considerations, and customer relationships to establish competitive pricing structures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Commercial and Finance on developing pricing programs and related processes
- Provide analysis and support for determining customer-specific prices
- Manage pricing approval process including compliance with company policies
- Prepare regular analysis of pricing trends and related insights, both monthly and ad hoc
- Communicate with and train sales personnel on pricing-related processes and strategies
- Own and improve pricing systems and tools
- Provide input and guidance on pricing and rebate structures
- Drive processes improvements and operational efficiencies
- Maintain cloud-based contract management solution platform and ERP system related to customer pricing and contracts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in pricing analysis, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Bachelors Degree required
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, excellent communication and presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, market analysis, and financial principles
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Pricing Governance and working with sales and contracting
- Demonstrated self-starter with communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Must be comfortable working in cross-functional role and navigating many stakeholders
- Proven success dealing with time-sensitive ambiguous projects in a dynamic business environment
