Job Description

The Application Administrator serves as a support technician on assigned SaaS systems and initiatives. Generally, these initiatives involve implementation and end user support of non-ERP Business Systems. This position supports assigned resources to examine current and future business needs as well as processes and procedures to develop or evaluate appropriate solution strategies. The Application Administrator II collaborates with internal business groups, management, information technology specialists and external solutions providers to provide complex analysis and consultation.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or commensurate business experience
  • Experience (1+ years) in business systems analysis, project, or team leadership, with deep knowledge of one or more major business functions (Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance, IT)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook)
  • Strong experience in ERP systems and use of Information Technology to support business objectives
  • Business ethics, objective judgment, organizational, negotiation, and change management skills
  • Acts as champion of assigned Application Systems.
  • Provides support to end users on operation and configuration of assigned Application Systems.
  • Supports and works with external resources supporting assigned Application Systems.
  • Supports and develops integration functions and processes across various ERP and SaaS solutions.
  • Supports and develops data reporting functions in the context of assigned SaaS systems.
  • Decomposes high-level business and user requirements into functional and system requirements.
  • Experience in leading Customer Relationship Management systems preferred (Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft)
