Duties And Responsibilities
- Recommend objectives or performance goals for a FMS case involving logistics and acquisition management. Shall assess progress toward their achievement, analyze problems, and recommend solutions.
- Advise and assist the case manager, closure manager, or others to ensure that FMS logistics support, acquisition, and contracting requirements are met to satisfy terms and conditions of country-to-country agreements.
- Provide logistics support for PMRs, TIMs, and INCOs.
- Assist and coordinate with international partners, vendors, and other US government stakeholders in the management, receipt, documentation, and movement of materials and services to designated delivery locations.
- Provide expertise in FMS-related CCI and COMSEC equipment procurement, management, transfer and repair processes.
- Liaise with programmatic and technical personnel responsible for acquisition, integration, installation, and maintenance of equipment provided on FMS cases.
Requirements
- Three (3) years logistics experience directly supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program office at a major acquisition systems command, in the areas of logistics and transportation ,management, specifically in support of FMS requirements
- Completion of DISAM/DSCU International Programs Security Requirements course.
- Active Secret clearance
- Completion of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university
Salary at Highbury Defense is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $89,900 to $110,100. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Highbury Defense’s total compensation package for employees.
