Job Description

We are in search of a highly motivated Creative Content Specialist with a minimum of one year of experience in creative environments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a flair for copywriting in both English and Spanish. They will demonstrate proficiency in art direction and a keen sensitivity to graphic design elements.

Tareas

  • Develop engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other online channels.
  • Write creative and captivating copy in both English and Spanish that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Provide art direction for visual content creation, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation, with a particular focus on video content for reels and TikTok.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to inform content development strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects within deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a passion for exploring trends, brands, and travel to inspire innovative content ideas.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in creative environments, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design principles and experience with art direction. Familiarity with digital content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
