What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate the implementation and delivery of training and development programs across the organization
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Identify gaps in training resources and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and compliance
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on professional development and company orientation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, including experience coordinating or managing training initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
