What you’ll do:
A Account Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction throughout their journey with the company. This position involves analyzing customer data to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors, enabling the development of tailored strategies to improve retention and loyalty. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience, from onboarding to renewal and beyond. By leveraging insights and feedback, the Account Manager ensures that customers receive ongoing value from company’s products and services, ultimately driving business growth and fostering long-term relationships.

What we’re looking for:
- Native or bilingual level of Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Flemish or Swedish
- English B2 level
- Prior Account Management experience with tech products, preferably Cloud solutions
- EU Citizenship or Spanish residence
