What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop standardized communication procedures and templates based on industry best practices
• Create project communications to keep stakeholders informed of project activities
• Provide feedback and training on writing style, messaging, and media for stakeholder communication
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of organizational communications through surveys and focus groups
• Produce high-quality work that meets customer and contractual requirements while managing competing priorities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom
• Must possess a strong commitment to service and integrity
