About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support Kenneth, the CEO, in managing day-to-day operations, client interactions, and executive tasks. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will possess a bright, energetic personality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is crucial in ensuring the CEO’s efficiency, fostering client relationships, and facilitating smooth communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s communications, including managing emails and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritized effectively.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives.
  • Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of client information and sales progress.
  • Research prospective clients and partners, providing insights and recommendations for outreach.
  • Facilitate follow-ups on sales and partnership leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
  • Organize and manage virtual events or webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support internal operations by liaising with other departments on behalf of the CEO.
