Job Description

  • Managing field operations of assigned custom home projects to uphold quality standards and customer service experience
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers through construction updates and attending scheduled site walks
  • Managing subcontractors and vendors at assigned projects to ensure compliance with plans and construction schedule
  • Communicating consistently with in-office project manager partner
  • Using construction management software like Builder Trend or Co-Construct
  • Executing customer approved change orders in a full-custom process
  • Ensuring home passes required inspections and is turned over to customer on time
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 4 years of construction/customer service experience required
  • Previous luxury residential construction experience preferred
  • Experience using a laptop or tablet necessary
  • Must be a self-starter comfortable with leading the project and associated team.
