Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project participants and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly project team calls, taking notes and tracking action items.
  • Arrange in-person events, training and meetings both on campus and at off campus locations.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing and recruitment materials for the project.
  • Participate in weekly grant project meetings and provide updates on project status.
  • Assist in the development of spreadsheets to track project progress and completion of project milestones.
  • Develop and manage deadline-based checklists based on grant project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and respond to email, phone calls and virtual chats in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate the communication schedule for the project and setting up project meetings.
  • Complete administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Develop and formatting budgets, budget narratives, and other supporting budgetary documents.
  • Monitor and provide quality control check and review of all project materials and documentation.
  • Consult with all project stakeholders including university administration, as needed.
  • Attend webinars, campus meetings and trainings and reporting findings back to project principal investigators.
  • Keep the project team up to date on project progress and report any delays in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure all documentation is uploaded, filed and maintained on project virtual drive.
  • Support the project team, consultants, and clients, as necessary.
  • Work with industrial academies on workforce development skills.
