What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and implement streamlined processes for clients, ensuring efficient operations
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with a Strategist to provide solutions
• Maintain clear documentation, including SOPs and checklists, for optimized communication and processes
• Communicate regular updates on tasks and projects to both clients and internal teams
• Teach clients how to use tech tools and implement best practices for their processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be available to work during EST business hours (10am-6pm)
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a remote work environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client-friendly language
• High level of self-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong internal drive to exceed expectations and take initiative
