Endpoint Services Systems Administrator

THE OPPORTUNITY The Endpoint Services Team is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual to support our area customers. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and very organized. We are looking for someone who can lead by example and inspire their fellow co-workers. The Endpoint Services Systems Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, securing, and assisting the processes used by the rest of the Endpoint Services Team.

THE TEAM The System Administrator Team develops the workflow and automation that is critical to the overall success of customer devices. As a member of this team, you can easily feel proud of your contributions and the work you perform because you can see first-hand how your role directly impacts the success of other employees and the company as a whole.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR At least 3 years of experience working in a JAMF Proficient with BASH Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operating system issue(s) Available to work outside of regular business hours as needed At least 3 years of experience working in a professional IT environmentSkilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment Experience in application development Experience with Mac and mobile operating systems Strong technical documentation skills Experience with multiple scripting languages Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Experience with Group Policy
