Job Description
The Title Specialist Representative will have multiple duties including; processing the power of attorney, editing lean releases, and pushing through all title documents so that new owners can obtain their vehicles quicker. Calling the new owners to talk through information that is needed. 40-50 calls a day. On the phone, the Title Specialists Reps will be responsible for for collecting and disseminating documents, handling issues related to settlement and making sure customers are handeled in a professional, efficient way. IAA is trying to get away from forwarding calls on to supervisors, so reps need to be comfortable handeling customers that are upset and being empathetic when needed. Specialists will be working directly with customers and other IAA branches. High level of both written and verbal communication required. Specialists will be required to learn the processing regulations for all 9 states as each state has different laws in place. Client ID: 414335
