What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Directly supervise Assistant Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Service Team employees across various properties
• Hire and train Property Managers, approving all on-site hiring decisions
• Approve operating and capital budgets for each property, submitting to owners as required
• Inspect properties regularly to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct annual resident surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• College degree is helpful but not required
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software, such as YieldStar

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in property management or a related field
• Familiarity with Fair Housing standards and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in conducting performance reviews and managing staff
