Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Director to drive rapid growth in the base of drivers charging on the EVgo network. You’ll own the strategy, execution and optimization of driver acquisition efforts, spanning paid and organic channels. You are a data-driven growth professional with mobile marketing expertise, and a passion for accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles. This is a high-impact role charged with unlocking significant growth opportunities across the business. Reporting into the Executive Vice President, Growth, you will be a key leader on the EVgo team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage new driver acquisition.
  • Design, deploy and optimize paid and organic user acquisition strategies that build the base of drivers charging on the EVgo network.
  • Manage user acquisition budget: Oversee budget allocation across channels and campaigns, optimizing for impact and ROI.
  • Paid marketing lead: Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across major networks including the iOS and Google Play stores.
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap to drive continuous improvements in performance.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns: continuously monitor KPIs including app installs, conversion rates, CAC and LTV. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and continuously improve performance.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in mobile user acquisition.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams to run iterative growth experimentation.
  • As a leader on the Growth team, help drive collective achievement of OKRs, provide mentorship and support team growth and professional development

Required Skills and Experience:?

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • 8+ years minimum experience in performance marketing with 5+ years experience in user acquisition, with a focus on mobile app growth.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile app marketing strategies, channels and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance, identify improvements and optimize.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns for mobile apps and optimizing funnels through data-driven insights.
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms and experience in vendor relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional team player.
  • Bias for action with strong verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 USD to $155,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).?
