Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly classes in digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media targeting adults, children, and teenagers.
- Assess and document student progress along with their artistic creations to highlight individual successes.
- Establish effective art studio management practices to ensure seamless class operations.
- Oversee art supply procurement, organization, and inventory management to guarantee that each class is fully equipped while adhering to budget limitations.
- Maintain the digital lab, ensuring it is equipped with current software, hardware, and educational resources.
- Monitor and record expenditures associated with salaries and art materials.
- Share vital metrics pertaining to student retention, attendance, make-up classes, and overall satisfaction.
- Engage with prospective students to provide a warm onboarding experience and maintain satisfaction for students and their families.
- Formulate strategies to improve student retention and involvement.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with students and their families.
- Assist in the development and execution of local marketing initiatives, including community events, school collaborations, and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with local entities to display student artwork and enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of art teaching experience for children, teens, or adults.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art or Art Education from an accredited institution.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range of \(50,000 to \)60,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
