Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Hiring HR Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing human resources operations, focusing on recruitment, training, and development within the textile industry.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with potential recruits and staff at all levels within the organization (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in textile recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for specialized roles (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance (Mandatory skill).
- Capable of handling onboarding and exit interviews to ensure smooth transitions within the company (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding of HR policies to maintain compliance across the organization.
- Ability to manage performance appraisals and assessments for continual staff development.
- Experience in handling Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) including PAYROLL processing to administer employee benefits effectively.
- Proficient in using HR software and tools for efficient management of HR tasks and documentation.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent within the textile sector.
- Coordinate and implement effective training programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires and facilitate smooth exit procedures.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Handle performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee contribution and satisfaction.
- Oversee ESI and PF compliance, including payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee benefits administration.
- Support management in maintaining a positive and productive work environment through active participation and communication.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation to ensure integrity and confidentiality.
