About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive who is fluent in both Spanish and English to support their daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with handling inquiries, managing CRM systems, scheduling appointments, and posting on social media platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The operations executive will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling leads and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
- Overseeing the customer journey from start to finish to ensure a seamless experience.
- Regularly updating and maintaining CRM records to support client insights and communications.
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media posts on behalf of the client.
- Assisting with project management tasks in collaboration with the business owner as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with scheduling and social media management tools.
- Basic experience in planning and designing social media posts.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, capable of troubleshooting and adapting to new processes independently.
Position: Operations Executive
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST
Salary: USD 1500 to USD 1800 per month
