Job Description
Salary: £65k-£70k
The General Manager will oversee and manage the entire operation of a charity organization that offers accommodation, event/meeting space, and a high-end cafe
Key duties include managing a team of 60, driving service standards, increasing revenue through events, and managing finances including reports and budgets
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management, be commercially minded, possess exceptional management skills, and have a genuine passion for customer service
Working hours are 5/7, totaling 40 hours per week
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
