Rate of pay is $50,000-$65,000 annually, depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans for community relations and departmental events.
- Write and manage grants to support programs and operations, including follow-ups.
- Coordinate and oversee signature fundraising events and additional community events.
- Supervise a team of two staff members and collaborate with internal departments.
- Manage donor databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge) and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor and oversee social media content and strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of department tasks, including newsletters and solicitations.
- Create and manage proposals, quotes, and contracts with external vendors.
- Maintain professionalism in behavior and attire, and handle related duties as assigned.
- Travel within the organization’s geographical area as required.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in marketing and event planning.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Expertise in donor database management systems like Raiser’s Edge.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to update and manage website content effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and professional demeanor under pressure.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
