Job Description
As a HR Onboarding Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with new employees joining our company from the moment they accept an offer through the first few weeks of employment! You’ll be able to manage a high volume of new hires while managing a high level of customer service with both candidates, new employees, and their managers. This role is vital to the success of our company as it deals directly with a candidate’s and new hire’s experience!
What You’ll Do
- Onboard personnel to include accurate completion of pre-hire and new hire tasks and I-9 requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns through the onboarding process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Monitor the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed
What You Need
- 2-3 years of onboarding experience, preferably for general labor positions
- Experience working with ADP is strongly preferred
- The ideal candidate is people-oriented and has excellent communication skills
- Must be goal oriented, solution oriented, and detail oriented
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

$60,000—$65,000 USD
