Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Compile and analyze data to provide actionable insights for the marketing team.
Event Coordination:
- Help organize and promote events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure expense reports are accurate.
