We’re seeking a CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving customer engagement and loyalty through thoughtful campaign implementation, data-driven segmentation strategies, and impactful reporting. This is a highly visible role that will play a critical part in our CRM strategy, helping drive meaningful growth through one of our largest channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Implementation

-Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns, including email and SMS, to drive engagement and repeat purchases.

-Help develop the email & SMS marketing calendar to support holistic marketing campaigns & strategies.

-Collaborate with the Associate Manager to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy, campaigns and brand guidelines.

  • Campaign Briefing

-Create and refine campaign briefs that clearly outline objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative direction.

-Liaison between marketing & creative teams to continuously improve email assets for optimal performance.

-Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution.

  • Triggered Flow Setup

-Develop, test, and optimize automated triggered email and SMS flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart flows, and post-purchase flows.

-Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Segmentation Strategy

-Support the development of customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant messages.

-Analyze customer data to refine segments and improve targeting.

  • Reporting & Analysis

-Track and report on campaign and flow performance, providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.

-Present data-driven recommendations to optimize retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email marketing..
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable) required.
  • Ecomm / DTC experience preferred.
  • Skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing is a bonus.
