Responsibilities

  • Reviewing new business applications to ensure customers have provided the necessary information and documentation before compliance reviews.
  • Communicating with internal terms and new applicants to gather further information and provide updates.
  • Communicate with new applicants to deal with any customer service issues.
  • Prioritize and manage your workload to meet service level agreements and internal service delivery standards.
  • Support and recommend Improvements in the onboarding process.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Effective written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable operating in a team environment when necessary.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed.
