Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email or live chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Providing product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing and potential customers, aiming to meet sales targets.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
- Native French, German, Dutch, Danish, Hungarian or Czech
- Fluent English
- Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience
- Soft Skills, advanced Active Listening and Engagement
- Confident, adaptable and Empathetic
- Pleasant and positive attitude
