Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in medical administrative roles, preferably in a virtual setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills tailored to healthcare
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in medical office software and relevant technologies
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical administrative or virtual assistant role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and medical software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with healthcare management tools is a plus
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of ABA therapy is a HUGE Advantage
