HOURLY PAY RATES:
- Employees are eligible for industry-leading hourly pay, overtime, holiday pay, phone reimbursement, direct deposit, and sick pay
- New to Industry: $17.50/hour
- Experienced: $18.50/hour (6+ months of documented experience)
- On Call/Stand-by Shifts: $21.00-$23.00/hour (mileage reimbursed)
Refer a friend (new to Coast Care) after you complete your first shift and you will be eligible to receive a bonus when they complete 30 days of active work
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Experience is NOT REQUIRED: Our trained staff will help you grow and develop through hands-on and virtual training
- We can assist you with the California State HCA Registry requirements, which Include: State Background Check (LiveScan), Negative TB Test
- Ability to speak basic English, travel to shifts across San Diego County, and use a smart phone is required
