What You’ll Do
? Assist in the coordination and management of project activities
?? Maintain organized records and documentation for projects
? Handle communication with team members and stakeholders
?? Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
? Conduct research and compile information relevant to projects
? Support team meetings by scheduling and taking minutes
What We’re Looking For
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
