Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, hiring, training, and wholesale operations.
- Collaborate closely with the service and sales departments to develop and maintain positive relationships, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Work with OEM representatives to understand and comply with Toyota standards, procedures, and warranty requirements.
- Ensure the department meets or exceeds established profitability goals.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other department managers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership, preferably with Toyota or other foreign OEM brands.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, parts sourcing, and wholesale operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and train a team of parts personnel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service and sales departments to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Toyota standards and warranty compliance is a plus.
