Carlton Fields is seeking an Applications Analyst I for its Tampa office.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years of technical support experience.

• Must be able to answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and walk up requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies
• Creative problem solver
• Willing to be part of an on-Call rotation and work OT as needed
• Must be able to assist with video conferencing management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
• Able to provide customer service in a demanding environment
• Able to support Windows 10/11 and Office 2019
• Experienced in troubleshooting mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android a plus
• Knowledgeable in Document Management Systems, specifically iManage, comparison tools and time keeping software such as Intapp Time a plus
• Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Access and Authentication issues (VMWare, VPN, RSA) a plus
• Experienced in managing Cisco IP Phones a plus
• Experience procuring and provisioning mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, hotspots) a plus
• Proactively seek out new knowledge and keep up to date with emerging trends in the industry

Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
