Responsibilities

- Conduct regular assessments and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary modifications.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and manage the budget, expenses, and resource allocation for the thermal plant, optimizing costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to propose and implement innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
