How often they need to go office? Mostly remote – minimal onsite possible for go-live and big meetings.
Will client pay the travel expenses? Expenses paid by the client.

Business Analyst (Reporting/SLA’s)
Work with current BA to collect, analyze business requirements to develop requirements for a comprehensive reporting package and dashboard that includes attentiveness to SLA’s within the organization, with clients, and with vendors. Data will include thresholds that will be the baseline of escalation, trends, and accurate data presentation. Will need strong analytical skills, FACETS knowledge (2 + years) business acumen and understanding of Tableau for requirements gathering and approval.
Business Analyst (provider)
- The candidate will work with Developers, Business Analysts, and key business leads to develop and deploy solutions to support the redesign of the provider creation and maintence process in Facets.
- Interpret Business Requirements and convert into Functional Specifications in the delivery of software solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Directly work in a team that consists of Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Programmers, Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, management, infrastructure and business clients to understand business needs and define design solutions.
SDLC Experience
- Research, analyze, design solutions from the business needs.
- Ability to interpret C#.net/VB.net code and able to develop.
- Strong SQL expertise to query the database with some development experience in MS SQL Server creating store procedures and other database objects.
- Carries out systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
- Analyzes and reduces complex problems into simple, manageable components.
- Translate Business Requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop technical design specifications.
- Participate in and/or lead code reviews.
- Leads technical meetings, as required.
Communications & Documentation
- Conveys ideas clearly and tailors communication based on selected audience (technical and non-technical).
- Documents various processes, procedures and workflows accurately.
- Effectively composes technical and non-technical documents such as Functional
- Specifications, Technical Design Specifications, operation guides, process flows, and other technical schematics.
- Writes and updates task/project status and reports.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of business-side management.
- Other – Must demonstrate strong Facets Provider knowledge from a product and system application.
