Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in various client modernization initiatives. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new products or services that align with the overall modernization strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines features, timelines, and priorities.
- Communicate progress and gather feedback from stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead and participate in product requirements gathering sessions with SMEs and vendor, review vendor requirements and provide feedback
- Establish processes to continuously collect, analyze, and act on user feedback, ensuring their voices are integrated into the product roadmap.
- Conduct demos and presentations for stakeholders to showcase new features and gather their input
- Identify potential risks (e.g., delivery delays, missed requirements) and work to mitigate them proactively.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on product features and functionality.
- Serve as the voice of the policy team, ensuring that their needs and feedback are prioritized in product development.
- Develop a clear product vision that aligns with the overall system modernization goals.
- Develop and execute a go-live strategy to ensure successful system deployment and adoption.
- Measure product success using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Must Haves – Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, information systems, or related field.
- Product Management Certification (CPM, CSPO, etc..)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Hybrid: Client Site (Baltimore, MD) and Remote
