Who You Are

Fingerpaint is seeking to add a Coordinator to our People & Culture team to support the Employee Lifecycle across the organization. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks across our People & Culture team, primarily focusing on employee onboarding and HRIS data management & metrics. This role will also work closely with the entire People & Culture team to coordinate company-wide initiatives and participate in special projects. What You’ll Do

  • Closely collaborate with the People & Culture team to support our employees, including but not limited to:
  • Own the People and Culture inbox, assisting with employee questions across all locations
  • Communicate changes to the internal team and update internal tracking
  • Respond to employment verification requests
  • Provide documentation for all employment changes (e.g., salary changes, promotions, etc.)
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed across the P&C team including employee engagement, performance management, and internal mobility
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process
  • Coordinate across departments to prepare for all new hires
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, including pre-hire by coordinating new hire paperwork through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Work with managers to prepare for new hire’s first day including scheduling relevant onboarding sessions
  • Work with the Learning team to manage new hire onboarding tasks in the LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Schedule appropriate new hire onboarding sessions
  • Enter all relevant new hire info into our internal systems
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure a smooth welcome for all new employees
  • Manage the new hire buddy program
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure a successful onboarding experience
  • Act as the ADP HRIS specialist
  • Run bi-weekly and monthly reports & metrics
  • Assist with general inquiries for employee history
  • Manage electronic filing for employee files, documents, and policies
  • Oversee ad hoc ADP projects
  • Be responsible for company-wide people related announcements
  • Weekly People on the Move: new hires and terminations
  • Oversee the sabbatical program

Key Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an HR related role
  • Proven ability to forge relationships with employees at all levels
  • Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral and written communications
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be versatile and detail oriented
  • Must be team oriented and adaptable to change
