Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or payroll support.
- Handle office management duties, including ordering supplies and organizing files.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating meetings, tracking deadlines, and preparing documents.
- Adapt to a variety of tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations in a small business environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, with construction industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to wear many hats.
