Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or payroll support.
  • Handle office management duties, including ordering supplies and organizing files.
  • Support project management efforts by coordinating meetings, tracking deadlines, and preparing documents.
  • Adapt to a variety of tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations in a small business environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, with construction industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles or software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to wear many hats.
