Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a committed and flexible team member to become part of our dynamic startup. In this position, you will support dental partners and sales team members by managing ticket responses, handling phone calls, engaging in chats, and addressing comments/messages on social media. This individual will play a crucial role in alleviating the growing workload of the customer care team.

Preferred experience:

• 2+ years of experience in customer care or support roles.
• Inside Sales experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and intermediate experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and end-to-end processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and process-focused.
• Flexibility to adapt to schedules across US time zones.
• Experience in fast-paced, start-up environments.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
